Sky Lanes
Air Rights
Air Rights are leased from the government such that the drones will have the exclusive use of the area of sky that the rights define. These are the sky lanes.
The leases range in term from 10-years to 20-years.
Termination Points
Each lane will begin and end with a droneport.
The lane will be drawn such that the drones will never fly over people or man-made structures. This drone to assure the safety of all people within the country.
The drones will be required to stay within the lane throughout their entire trip.
Safety
Each lane will never cross a populated area in which people or structures be directly below the drone. This is done to protect life and property should a drone be forced to make an emergency landing.
