IFD began building shipping containers for its drone but quickly learned there was a big need for these light-weight, durable, and ISO Standard containers.
Dry Goods Containers
Dry Goods Containers are made for freight that is not temperature sensitive. These containers have all of the insulation and sensors that you would find in a refrigerated container, with a ventilation system built in but don’t have the refrigeration unit.
Refrigerated Containers
Refrigerated Containers are built to keep freight cold or frozen for the duration of the journey. The refrigerated containers are air tight with ventialtion through the floor and ceiling with sensors in the walls are used to assure that the entire container is kept at the desired temperature.
GPS Tracking and Sensor Monitoring
Because every container we make is equipped with temperature, humidity, CO2 and weight sensors in the floor, customers can add our GPS and Sensor Monitoring System that will display the internal environment of the container and its location in the world to the truck driver, boat crew and/or the owners of the container.
