Freight Drone Fundamentals
2 week classes
This course provides students with the basic information on how the freight drone and ecosystem work. Additionally, students get an overview for owning and operating freight drones.
Freight Drone Design & Assembly
4 week classes
This course is geared toward people responsible for the drone assembly process. It reviews the design of the drone and the process of assembling the drones.
Freight Drone Operations
3 Week Classes
Students learn all aspects of operating and maintaining a freight drone. This course includes hands-on experience with freight drones.
Droneport Fundamentals
2 week classes
This course provides students with the basic information on how droneports operate in general terms including the logistical areas, flight and under deck, flight operations, security and maintenance hangers.
Droneport Logistical Operations
2 week classes
This course educates the students on the interactions within the logistics company area and the movement of containers to and from the drones. The students will also be trained on the system to schedule drone flights and receive information from the drone.
Flight Deck Operations
2 Week Classes
Students learn all aspects of robotics and systems that are used for flight operations at the Droneport.
Underdeck Fundamentals
2 week classes
Students learn all aspects of the robotics and systems that are used for operations of the underdeck. These systems are used to move the containers between the Logistics area and the container lifts that will load the containers into the drones.
Ground Operations Fundamentals
2 week classes / Online Class
This course reviews all aspects of ground operations including truck bay management, container movement, personnel monitoring and security features.
Freight Drone Industry Regulations
1 Week Class
This course reviews the general regulations for owning and flying a freight drone as well as building and operating a Droneport. The course highlights the differences between the various countries.
Certification Courses
Freight Drone Remote Pilot Certification
8 week classes
This course prepares students for taking a country’s written and proficiency licensing exams for flying drones from remote sites.
Freight Drone Mechanics Certification
8 week classes
This course prepares students for taking a country’s written and proficiency licensing exams for maintaining the drone.
Droneport Flight Operations Certification
8 week classes
This course prepares students for taking a country’s written and proficiency licensing exams for the monitoring and management of freight drones in the air and on the flight deck.
